Remove Scrolling Gallery - Another request

Hi.
We want to remove the scrolling gallery on our eBay store. The guy who set it up has left the business and we dont know the usernames or password he used to create it.
Can someone please contact us and help.
(would have done this over a private email but you dont seem to have support email address).

Thanks for contacting us regarding this. In order to receive assistance with this situation, please mouse over the "Help" tab on our website and select the “File Support Case” option. You do not need to be logged in to create a support case so you can contact us in this manner even though you are uncertain of the username and password associated with the account.

I anticipate that we will be able to help you remove the scrolling gallery from your listings but, based on what you have described, we will most likely need to take some steps to verify you are the rightful account owner before taking any action of this nature.
