I could not get the SG to move to the bottom of my listings so I have temporarily disabled them. But a few hours later they are still at the top of my listings blocking my descriptions. How long until they are gone?.
To remove the Scrolling Gallery (SG) from an active listing, you need to use ebay's Revise listing editor and literally remove the code. Look for the <!--ASW--> tags at the beginning and end of the HTML code to demarc the section.
Moving the SG is same for actives, i.e. cut and paste the code. If you make that change (top to bottom) on the SG in the SG settings, it will go there only for NEW listings. Ditto on change for NO SG, i.e. only new listings.
I can't find an answere to this in discussion or FAQ. I plan to use my own custom template with SG html inside my template. Auctiva automatically inserts SG into all my listings. So, will I wind up with two SG's - One inside my new listings and one at the top that Auctiva inserts? confused, Robert
Another question. I located where to disable auto SG insertions into new listings. But what is up with the message that if I do disable SG I could be charged for other services. I got the same warning when trying to configure other settings. How much is it going to cost me to disable some of these FREE services?
