Return Policy link did not work...

I got my first Auctiva auction listed and posted yesterday, and everything went pretty smoothly.

When I was creating my listing, I clicked on the "Select Return Policy" link several times, but nothing happened. The text at the bottom left of my IE window said the link was something like "Javascript = LISTERvoid() ".

I looked all over the place to try to find a return policy Detail or profile, but I couldn't find one. I ended up just putting my return policy in with my shipping details.

Did I miss something somewhere? Do I have a setting on my computer wrong?

make sure you are allowing popups for auctiva.com.

In IE it's Tools/PopUp_Blocker/PopUp_Blocker_Settings, then put in auctiva.com in the 'address of web site to allow' box and click "Add"

Make sure to do the same for any other popup blockers on your computer, in aol settings, etc.

Nope, that wasn't it. I already had Auctiva as a trusted site, and all other pop up windows here work.

Any other ideas? It's getting to be a nuisance going back to ebay and adding a return policy to each auction I list.

hmmm no idea why it's not working for you.

question - are you trying to set the return policy when editing the listing, or are you trying to set the return policy in your checkout profile?

if youre doing it when creating a listing, try going to profiles and creating a checkout profile, click the "choose return policy" when editing checkout profile, and then after saving the profile, load the whole profile into your listing.
