As many of you know eBay is requiring everyone to specify a return policy in their listing this month.

We have a No Returns policy.

When listing our item (and in our seller's details) we do not check the Returns accepted box.

When the items post eBay is translating that as no policy chosen instead of no returns accepted.

What am I doing wrong? As it stands now we have to edit each item in eBay after it posts to correct the problem. With eBay's new policy I am worried that listing might get pulled and I might get violations before I can edit them. Please help.

Katie...you aren't doing anything wrong. I have also noticed a problem with the RETURN POLICY section on Auctiva. For several weeks I have entered our return policy on the item list page with NO problems at all. Suddenly today I see that no matter what I type in as my return policy (7 days/money back in my case) the system reverts to 3 days/exchange. I had to go into eBay & manually change it back to 7/money back on the items I listed. That was A PAIN & I urge Auctiva to fix this SOON!

I might also add that I tried making an entirely new Checkout Profile with 7/money back but it still reverts to 3/exchange when I try doing a new listing.
