Rotating Gallery Picture | Auctiva

Hi. I was able to figure out how to rotate the regular picture, but it shows up in the gallery as the original, on it's side, picture. How do I correct that?? HELLPPPPPPPPP! lol

I usually rotate my images (if necessary) in a separate program before I upload them, so I'm not real familiar with Auctiva's image edit functions. Did you save the image after you rotated it? Make sure you did, then remove all the pictures, and re-add them to the listing.

The header or gallery picture is copied elsewhere on Auctiva when the listing is uploaded to ebay for use with the SG and Auctiva store. You cannot change it because you have no access to it.

You need to file an Auctiva support request to get it changed.

It is better if possible to do all processing before uploading and to do so in bulk for maximum efficiency and speed.
