Runtime Errors - Server Application

Welcome to the frustration club. The only time I had a great response from Auctiva (good speed and no errors) was around 7-10 am EST. So I guess the powers of deduction would indicate that their servers are way overloaded - I imagine all the people who haven't been able to post this week for weekend sales are more active today and will be tomorrow. Sigh.

I guess Auctiva"staff" will not respond to my previous post - here's to hoping that they are fixing the issues.

At 9 AM I am showing slow response but listings
are posting corectly.

We are watching the site closely and doing everything possible to keep performance up.

Iam also getting runtime errors - pages not found.
I am posting to inform them up there that message box's used while listing ie:
error check, ebay costs , catagory titles (under 1st. drop box) etc, the text is unreadable cause its too small.

Is there ever going to be a time when we can list our items? Seems the service never works now. EVER.

Runtime errors, pshaw, the damn website won't even load now.

Hi All Yes same problems here I'm In down under country have'nt been able to list for 1 week now very annoying.

Well I have gotten a few listings done, but scheduled them for tomorrow, crossing my fingers!

I can't get anything done.

I finally got 4 listing scheduled and it only took me 2 hours to do it! And I paste my descriptions from Word! Each thing I clicked on was soooo slooow. I'm giving up for tonight. Maybe tomorrow I'll try again. Phyllis

Ack! I spoke too soon!

This is the latest message I received when trying to change my shipping profile:

"Server Application Unavailable
The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.

Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur."

I just kept hitting the refresh button until it took me back to my listing and thank goodness, it was still there!!!

I keep getting that error message now too marciay96...it's 11.09pm EST and the site seems to have CRASHED in a manner of speaking. I saw your posting earlier today and I was posting fine at that time (you had just posted and noone had responded yet)...HOWEVER, Auctiva seems to be having some MAJOR ISSUE right now as the screen I'm getting isn't even an auctiva error screen....it's just a white page with that same message you are getting.

AUCTIVA....PLEASE UPDATE US!!! Thank you.

hi. im getting FAILURE error when i try to post. WHATS WRONG anyone know???? Sunday night, 11 pm or so.

Not one scheduled listing was posted last night... No alert... What's go on?

Hi, I started using Auctiva about two weeks ago and my first day was wonderful. I never wanted to use anything else for putting auctions on ebay. And it hasn't worked since. I've tried. And tried. But it doesn't work anymore. Error. All the time Error! What a waste of time this has been. Too bad, it was such a good idea. There were quite a few of us who started Auctiva together, and we're leaving together.

I have lost 3 listings today! All the thought and time into them and then poof! its gone and the Runtime Error page comes up. I am sooooo sick of this.. Please, please fix this. Better still, please update us and let us know what the heck is going on. Very frustrating.
