Same problem with the pictures "loading image" message

I entered a ticket just a few minutes ago and got a quick response. They know and are working the problem.

At least you got a response. I filed a support ticket over 24 hours ago and never got one response. NOTTA.

All my listings from yesterday and today are showing up in my window as "Loading Image" been that way since yesterday.

Please post when they responded that its fixed.

Here, too. How discouraging.

My ticket status is "Hold - Proposed solution", but no info or EMail.

A check of my Store Window shows problem continues.

Has anyone listed anything new in the last few hours and seeing the problem persist?

My listed that posted today are showing up in the the store window correctly, but the 3 items posted yesterday still show 'image loading'. Frustrating!!! DeeJa

If you don't get a response of any kind to a support request then something went wrong or it's stuck in your spam folder or something.

If nothing else, you should at least get the automated response within a few minutes.

Even though I entered a support case this morning, I've gotten no Emails to confirm the case or updates from Auctiva. You are correct, I SHOULD HAVE. I did the last time I entered a case. No it's not in my spam bucket. I just checked my account and my EMail address is correct and I've been getting other normal EMail all day (even from eBay).

Yes I get the automated response. I dont consider that actual response. I checked my status of my case that I filed 2 days ago and it still says waiting for response from support. I never got a email from auctiva stating there was going to be a upgrade. I have all my options checked in my account preferences so that I would get them and I still dont.

BTW just checked this morning and my pictures from Friday, Saturday and Sunday are still not loading in the scrolling store window.

I got mine fixed and my Support Case is now closed. The tech that left me a message suggested it was necessary to "create the missing image" to correct the problem. Whatever they did, my Store Window is working OK now; prior missing/problem image from Saturday night launched auction is loading fine.

Then it'd be more accurate (and helpful) to say that you haven't gotten a response since the auto-reply. That's much different than not getting any response at all..

As for e-mails about upgrades, I don't think they send them.

They say they do. When I ask them about it they just say I should be receiving them.

No I dont think a automated response is a response. No one sent that but a script in a program.

Well, yeah, I just meant that it's an entirely different situation if you don't even get confirmation that your request went through. I know what you mean though.

on my gallery i should only have 6 items and wow i have more of the same item and i made out a support ticket 2 days ago and not herd anything also when I try to set up a listing the discrption tools do not work or does the place where we want are images that we downloaded, boy i sure not liking this is any one else haveing all this problem.

For two days now our rolling display Store is displaying only older items images (only one image displaying now). All new items show description but no image, just "Loading Image". However, the images display in the static store. Is this to do with the current upgrades happening? Or have we missed something in our setup/HTML?

NB: We host our images on our own website and only use Auctiva for the Store display.

Now we are in business. ALL my images are showing now. Thanks Auctiva.

Problem has returned and have opened new Support Case #232812 @ 6:49:14 AM PDT this morning. As yet, no response.

I was having the same problem then reinstalled flash player and all was well
