Saved Listings can't get HTML

Under the saved listings I can no longer click on the HTML link and obtain the html pop up with code like I always have..I need to be able to get the html to post on an art auction site. Also I can no longer prevew listing from the saved page link.

I just get a 'clunk" audible sund and clicks back to the main page..anyone know why? Very frustrating not being able to ge the HTML code.

While I don't have the same problem, I do have a similar problem where I update my listing and click save which all works fine, but when I go back to the listing the old information is still there. Maybe these problems are linked?

Hi fauve_studio,

Based on the behavior you are describing, it sounds like you must have a pop-up blocker enabled on your browser that is preventing the "<HTML>" pop-up window from being displayed. If you disable any pop-up blockers that are enabled on your browser, you should no longer encounter this problem.

The culprit is most likely the default pop-up blocker on your browser, however, browser toolbars such as those offered by Yahoo and Google also come with pop-up blockers that are enabled by default. I had my yahoo toolbar pop off blocker off whenever I work on Auctiva..however I had installed a new security program and it had it's own little pop up blocker I was NOT aware off..once I uninstalled that program feature it's working fine now.

I knew I had always diabled the pop-up blocker when on the site so couldn't imagine what..have to remember some programs sneak them in.
