Scheduled Listing Not Posting

Oh no, not again. I have some ready to drop tonight. This has happened a few times in the past couple of months.

I have 10 items that should of posted 30 minutes ago and they did not

I too am having this issue. It's very frustrating to list with Auctiva when every week there is an outage of some sort.

Typical Sunday night. My listings aren't posting either. I've learned to just give up and schedule them all for Monday. AUCTIVA: You guys really need to get this repetitive glitch fixed.

Yep, not posting. You'd think after so many problems they would at least let us know when they are going to have problems. They must be taking CS clues from eBay.

I had the same problem also last Sunday.
The funny thing is I had 2 listing for an hour earlier and they posted great.
It is really getting to be a big pain.

The message board is working. Not able to upload my listings to eBay. I have 133 items ready to post... seeing as this service is free, I may switch to another service, this will cost me to not get these items listed this evening.

I am still having trouble now, scheduled listings not posting so cancelled and used post now and they are still sitting in the scheduled list 10 mins later???

Darn it, I am having the same problem! I can't believe it.

Also, I cannot find the scheduled auctions that did not post. I posted them manually when they didn't go on as scheduled because I couldn't locate them and therefore assumed the glitch was unique to the "schedule" function.

Nothing is posting.

Has anyone had luck yet?

this is getting to be normal for these guys........a real pain in the a.....

I to am having the same problem. I had 16 items scheduled and they did not post. I tried manual posting and still no good. Anyone have any ideas?

If these don't go on tonight I'm not going to use this service anymore. Free is great but I'd rather pay and know that my listings will post. This is really bad.

I'm listing manually to eBay right now. Use the HTML on the saved listings and enter what info you need to on eBay including uploading a photo for gallery or using the self host and the Auctiva URL. A total PITA but it works.

Why? They should totally be aware. This is the second time! I wish they would at least comment on status.

Could anyone please tell me where in our "my ebay" the preference/option is to set return policy? I can't input the return policy in Garage Sale so I have to do it on the ebay site but can't find where.

Did everybody file a support ticket about this? I did. They should be bombarded with support tickets. At the very least they should let us know a time frame when to expect our listings to launch.

None of my auctions scheduled for tonight have posted. They continue to show status as "READY". I also tried canceling and posting immediately with no luck. Support has not answered me. This is the pits. I NEEDED these auctions to start tonight.

Yes another SUNDAY that items won't list !!
This is getting old, they need to make a fix or they will lose a LOT of customers.
I've about had it.

I had this to happen a week or so ago. It finally posted after 10:30. I go to bed at 10:00 and had to stay up late. Yawn. I don't know why it happens but it will post. Yuck.

I understand. I needed them, too. A lot of people probably do, especially with the huge stress powersellers are under now to maintain quota. This is really unacceptable.

mine are also showing as "ready". for the past 2 hours. poop. I wait til Sun night to post (as many of us do). Guess I'll just have to be patient. Grrrr.

I canceled my pending because I don't want my stuff posting when they fix the problem, say.. at midnight... that's a bad close time for California!

This is happening to me, too... I've had three listings that haven't posted yet since I created them over an hour ago. After I completed each one I got the usual "listing posted to eBay" notice, but when I went to check them on eBay they're not showing up. They're stuck in limbo in Auctiva's scheduled listing folders.

The last couple of times this happened to me they never did post, I had to go in the next day and post them all manually.

Same here - my listings are not posted yet either.

my question is: if it is not posted, how long is usually the waiting time???!!!

i don't want my stuff's biddings end at 3AM !

the geniuses at tech support suggested for me to not list on a busy day such as Sunday. that's their idea of a solution i guess.

I don't know how long the waiting time is, as I said when it happened to me before, they never did post and I discovered it the next day.

I did my listings around 8:30 pm EST and they are still not posted, stuck in scheduled listings. I'm afraid they won't post automatically after all and I'll have to manually post them tomorrow night, and I really wanted them to post tonight... but I can't sit here at the computer all night waiting to see, either.

Same problem for me. I got these listings done on Friday and in the cue so I could relax. Now they are not listing. I don't know what you all are going to do but I think I am going to cancel the listings and reschedule them for tomorrow night. Mondays seem to work, :-). Sundays, not so much.

I told my wife "listings on Auctiva are not posting" her reply "must be Sunday"

wonder if there is any secret deal between auctiva and ebay. the former attracts more sellers and the latter rips them off when the former is down often.

Here we go again...just like a few weeks ago...I have dozens that aren't listing. I guess we get what we pay for.

Every freakin sunday we can't list. Nothing again is posting for me too. They should just close the site sundays so people know!

really couldn't help--i'm not an ebay professional--spent WHOLEDAY yesterday typing up all descriptions and taking photos--never had trouble with listing but this is my first time using auctiva--hate to swear but probably will not do this kind of online auctions

I too, am tiring of the whole Ebay thing. 10 X 40 shed full of merchandise might see lit match after all.

i wish someone with some experience with this would chime in. ...what are we supposed to do?..wait and have them post in the middle of the night...will the scheduled posts do that?.. or are we supposed to reschedule them for another day and hope that they post then?.. i have been with auctiva and posting almost every single sunday night and i have never had this happen with my auctions before so i don't know how to handle it or how to get the listings to post...

I just cancelled all my postings. I don't want them ending at 2am next sunday (or whenever they end up posting this sunday). Guess I'll take my chances tomorrow.

For auctiva newbies, I personally haven't ever had this problem before, but I only post every 2 weeks or so. Been using auctiva for a few years now with very few issues.

ERR, not as HTML, but click the little picture thingy in the descrption toolbar, and uplaod as many as you want into the description.

Well I have been using Auctiva for about 3 months. This has happened maybe 3 times for me and I list items every day. Because this is a free service I am not going to complain, much. I do find it annoying but for me it isn't that big of an issue to list today or tomorrow. I have now switched the remainder of my items to list tomorrow. Funny I was just telling my husband today that I think not listing on Sundays might be good. I need a day to rest up. Maybe God is trying to tell me something through Auctiva, LOL! At any rate, the service is free and it works 99% of the time for me so I'm not going anywhere, just switching days.

Just look towards the right side of the tool bar when you make or edit your next Auctiva listing. You know, where you would BOLD or choose type font? There is a little yellow box with a flower in it. Click that, upload a pic, then click, drag & size it down. NO COST!

East coast customers went to bed without seeing my listings ending last Sunday, too.

Sounds like this happens more often for you guys than for me. Wonder why.

IT WORKED!!! Thans SO MUCH for the tip, wnrdog6! I just manually did the listing--most of the things end between 10 and 12 just cannot wait tomorrow evening!

My stuff is all finally posted that I scheduled to end at 8:30 to 9PM last night, but it all went up 1 1/2 hours (or longer) later. I presume there is no way to change the end time so that it could end while East Coast people are still awake! Is that so?

So are we going to have problems with lisings being posted this Sunday (6/22) as well? We would like to know before hand.
