Hi Al,

Thanks for posting about your situation here. The only set of circumstances I am aware of that would cause the scrolling gallery to work in some listings but not others is if you have changed from one Auctiva account to another and the scrolling gallery in some of your listings is still associated with the old account that is no longer linked to your eBay account.

Assuming that is the case, you should be able to correct the problem using the “Bulk Revise” tool on your Auctiva Active Listings page to replace your old account ID number in the descriptions of the items with your current account ID number, but we would need to provide you with those numbers.

In any event, please contact our customer support team about this by mousing over the “Help” tab on our site and selecting the “File Support Case” option and we should be able to help you out.
