Hi Community,

We have received a number of reports over the past few days demonstrating that the scrolling galleries are not being added to the listings of some users automatically and that the "Hits" column and some other areas on the Active Listings and Closed Listings pages are not updating in a timely manner.

Our engineering team is currently investigating these issues and will have them resolved as soon as possible. We haven't figured out exactly what is causing these issues yet, but I will post further updates on these issues to this thread as additional information becomes available.

We apologize for any inconveniences these issues are causing.

Hi Community,

I just received an update from our engineering team regarding this matter and am pleased to report that the issue that has been causing the automatic scrolling gallery additions to fail for some users should now be resolved, so your future listings should automatically have the scrolling gallery added to them.

If the scrolling gallery has not been added to some of your listings due to this issue, please contact our customer support team and request that we run a command to add the scrolling gallery to your active listings and we should be able to correct the problem that way.

We are still looking into the other issue I mentioned in my original post to this thread and I'll post further updates on the issue here when additional information becomes available.

I am pleased to report that the issue that was causing the "Hits" column not to be updated in a timely fashion for some users should now be resolved as well.
