Welcome to Auctiva! Our system will occasionally have trouble importing all the active listings of new users that sign up, particularly long running GTC listings, but I was just able to do some things from my end to get the rest of your active eBay listings imported into Auctiva.
The scrolling galleries should be added to thee newly imported listings within the next few hours and the scrolling galleries added to those ones should reflect your new custom colors.
When you change the color scheme of your scrolling gallery in your account settings, those new colors will only be reflects on listings to which the scrolling gallery is added thereafter so, unfortunately, the scrolling galleries that were already added to your listings before you changed your color scheme will not be updated automatically.
In order to change the color scheme of the scrolling galleries in those listings, you would first have to remove the scrolling gallery HTML from the description HTML of each one using eBay’s “Revise your Item” form. The scrolling gallery HTML begins and ends with tags that look like: <!--ASW-->
If you were to do that, our support team could then run a service from our end of things to add new scrolling galleries to those listings in accordance with your current account preferences, so please don’t hesitate to let us know if you would like us to do that.
