Scrolling gallery is not automatically appending to my auctions

I am one of the people that left Auctiva after the fees began, but I still used the scrolling gallery. It would automatically appear in my listings just like it was supposed to as I kept my account open and token in operation. The gallery is no longer appending to my auctions. I have been adding it in by revising my listings, but has anyone else had this problem? I would really appreciate any help. I have checked all of my account settings and everything checks out, but I have to be missing something. The scrolling gallery is still free right?

Hi 1ucanhave,

If you closed your account, it would be expected that the scrolling gallery would not be added to your listings any longer. However, if you just switched to the Free Tools plan and still have a valid token, our system should still be automatically adding the scrolling gallery to your listings. The scrolling gallery is indeed still free and is provided as part of the Free Tools plan.

If this is still not happening for you, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
