Scrolling Store WIndow

Can I use just the scrollling store window in my e-bay auctions, or do I have to list from the Auctiva website? I tried to copy and paste the information into a template I have, and It does not show the scrolling store window. It just comes up blank..

As long as you have an account with Auctiva with a valid eBay token and the Storewindow setting enabled (it is enabled by default) then the store window will get automatically appended to all auctions you list on eBay, even the ones not listed through Auctiva. Please allow 4-6 hours or so after posting a non-Auctiva auction for the store window to get added to it.

Are we able to control the placement of the scrolling window feature on our listings - I ask as I have been using another service up until now that allows me to place the window at the top of my listings, rather than at the bottom where I noticed the Auctiva window came up? Thanks!

The scrolling Auctiva store window is set to appear at the top of your listings if they're created through Auctiva. The only reason it appears at the bottom of imported listings is because it's appended to the each active listing.
