I added auctiva to my listings so I could take advantage of the scrolling window. The code implanted itself into the HTML of all my listings, meaning that the window should of displayed.
When I look in my account settings, it shows me the window working fine with my own listings,and when I look at other sellers scrolling windows I am able to view them fine.
However mine is a large blank box, saying that I need flash player installed to view. I have flash player, so it is not this.
I tried to give up on the whole thing as it seems too bothersome, so I cancelled the account, however I then found out that to remove the scrolling window from each listing I would have top go into the code and manually delete each and every one. ???? This is just a nightmare. So I reactivated my account.
It would take me to long to remove the scrolling window from each and every listing, therefore it is easier to get them to work. But they are not. Any ideas, anyone?
