You automatically get a Sellathon account when you sign up to Auctiva. Look in My Account to locate the Sellathon Settings. The "old name" is possibly set there.

Also, check your Auctiva account settings. Look in the section of the page for "Listing Enhancements" and you'll find the "Apend Sellathon Counters to my listings" setting. If you don't want the counter, set it to No.

You can also "Select a Counter" in the one-page lister. The setting is just under the Template section.

To remove or edit problems with current counters in an active listing, you'd need to Revise the listing from ebay and edit that portion of the description.

Hi Danno,
When I go to my account information and then Sellathon, everything is grey and it will not allow me to get into anything, to change it. I already had NO under my account info but hit it in my listing column. I never set anything up in Sellathon. My auctions are up tonight and I have had several people drop out I'm guess because they see the number of watchers I have.
Is there any way to get rid of the second page that can be clicked on. Thanks I would like to kick that extra page all the way to ???

If you mean that link under the Sellathon Counter that normally should link to a list of your other items up for Auction, that could be removed using the ebay Revise listing and edit of the description section of the listing. That's embedded text and HTML code in the description section of the listing. Make sure you Preview to see if the results are correct before you submit the change.

Note, if you already have bidders and the auction has less than 12 hours to go, you may not be able to edit the description section of the auction....and your stuck.

HI Danno,
Thanks for the information, actually what happened was my Sellathon had been dormant since early 2007. Apparently Auctiva has been doing some changes according to Sellathon.
What would you suggest, if I want a counter, on my auctions, how would I do it with out running into this mess again. Again thanks for the help.

Sounds like you need to correct that ID situation, so the link isn't wrong on tha auctions and you can re-engage the Sellathon settings in Auctiva to auctomatically add the counter.

Perhaps opening a support case with Auctiva on the Sellathon ID mismatch is best place to start.
