Sellathon Counters about bid history?

Anyone know why my Sellathon Counters are not updating bid history on a item. I can not figure out how to get Sellathon to work correctly. Any help is appreciated. I did "Associate an existing Sellathon account with this Auctiva account".

Okay thanks Tony. Is Sellathon still being maintained on the forums on there sites there has been no official posts since August 2010.

I'm not sure what the status of those forums are. If you have problems with Sellathon, my advice is to contact Auctiva support using the link I gave earlier. I think Auctiva Support has probably eclipsed using the Sellathon forums to obtain support.
