All the Sellathon counters on my auctions are missing today. Any one else have the same problem or have any clues as to why?

I'm getting really sick of the Sellathon Counter! I depend on reading them once/week for my 30-40 listings. This week 13 were missing. It's a little difficult to get any good out of them when they are so inconsistent. They are not reliable either. I don't trust that their numbers are accurate when I do get them. PLEASE somebody! Tell me someone is working on this one!
All of my listings show 0 people looking at my listings and I know for a fact that is not true. I have had bids and questions, so what is the problem??? I rely on my counters to see how many people are looking at my items.
Yet another week goes by and low and behold I can cut and past my comments from last week - Intermittant and random on mine again this week!

This morning - I have 0 hits on all of my auctions - yet have bids and people watching. Please Auctiva do something about this - isn't there another counter we could use? Sellathon sucks.
I have been submitting help requests for this for some time, Sellathon is automatically on for my listings, I have tried disabling this in order to use it manually but have been unable to do so. Item listed yesterday has no Sellathon. This problem seems to have started after the last Auctiva site update.
Have now managed to cancel automatic Sellathon so will see if using it manually will make any difference.

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. I just checked in with our engineering team about this issue and they are planning on doing some work on the Sellathon servers this week (possibly as early as tomorrow morning) that should address the recent problems with the Sellathon counters.
I will post again to this thread when these issues have been resolved and the counter additions should start working consistently again. We apologize for any inconveniences these issues have caused.

I just checked in with our engineering team about this issue and they are planning on doing some work on the Sellathon servers this week (possibly as early as tomorrow morning) that should address the recent problems with the Sellathon counters.

This problem really is becoming a real pain in the neck, some new listings have it and some don't response from Auctiva over weekend have been zero!
As early as tomorrow morning on the 12th. That would have been the 13th. As of the 17th, it is worse than ever. Less than 50% have counters and none of the ones I really want accurate tracking on. Sending almost $10 a month for NADA!
Sellathon counters were still not working as of late Sunday.

We made some changes at the end of last week that we hoped would correct this problem, but we have seen a few indications that the changes we made did not resolve the problem for all of the users who were being affected.
We are continuing to investigate this issue and will have it resolved as soon as we can. Meanwhile, if you posted any listings that should have had the Sellathon counters added to them after 3 PM on 5/15/09, please let us know by contacting our customer support team.

Update - I just heard back from our engineering team regarding this matter and am pleased to report that we have implemented a solution that we are hopeful will resolve this problem once and for all. This fix should be in place within the next few hours and we expect that the Sellathon counters will be appended to listings reliably after that.

It's May 20 and all my counters are still showing zero hits, even those with watchers and bids.

We have received some reports since I posted to this thread last indicating that this is still a problem so we had to go back to the drawing board to look for other possible solutions. We just made some additional IT changes today at 3:30 PM PT and we hope that this will finally cease to be a problem.
If you post any listings after 3:20 PM PT on 5/20/09 that should have the Sellathon counters automatically appended to them and the counters do not get appended, please let us know by contacting our customer support team.

Unfortunately, we are seeing more indications that the issue causing many automatic additions of the Sellathon counters to fail has still not been fully resolved. I have reported this to our engineering and IT teams and they are going to continue looking into this. I'll post further updates on this issue to this thread as additional information becomes available.

Update - We just implemented another change that we hope will resolve the problem of the Sellathon counters not being automatically appended to all listings that they should be added to at about 11:30 AM PT. If you encounter this problem with any listings posted after this time/date, please let us know by contacting our customer support team.
