Seller Details

I feel for you! Getting this whole thing up & running is really tough! I think that yesterday there was a lot of trouble with much of their system. What is worse is if a person is new at this stuff we don't know if it is something that Wedid or if it was a problem with the site.
I'm still having some trouble with the profiles myself. Have to go back & tweek it. Really don't have the time though with trying to list & make some money & all!

Sounds to me like you might be using Safari? I have a Mac at home and that same thing happens to me when I use Safari. If that is the case, go to our Help page and download the free Firefox browser. It is compatible and is one of our recommended browsers.

If you are using Firefox or Internet Explorer and are still having this problem, please file a support request (bottom of Help page) and let our team assist you.

I rarely use safari for anthing these days! Firefox is far superior!
