HELP!!! Why is the ship calc and tax info in my listing when I preview and post and then GONE 5 min later??? I can't list anything..all my info saved in Auctiva..is it Ebay or Auctiva problem..anyone else having this issue???

Im haveing the same problem.. ive got customers asking where is my shipping charges??? and i cant find a way to put it back ,, when i try to revise the shipping area.. there is nothing there for shipping , domestic or international.. HOW DO WE FIX THIS..
I have found on the ebay posts that it is happening when we are editing BULK listings (more than 10). ex: editing listing to put into store categories. They say if you edit less than 10 at a time, it will be ok. Have to edit the screwed up listings one by one and re-weigh....BAD NEWS. I have spoken to ebay and auctiva and it is an ebay problem, not auctiva, and they are 'working on it'.
how do you change i t 1 by 1..
I go into the item, and at the top it says 'revise item'. click it and go to 'revise paymet and shipping'. click 'calculated shipping toward the bottom, and proceed as usual. I have not had any listings where the shipping info is not on the 'revision' pages. If you charge tax, please check that also as that has been missing too.

Ok it is working 1 at a time now.. i have to click on the revise,, then at the top it give preferences ebay says will help sell your item.. shipping cost is one of them ,, once i click that it offers the shipping to me..
