I filled out the shipping and payment detail section with my information and then made a custom template that included the ship/pay details. However, when I launch my auctions, the ship/pay details are not showing up at the bottom. There's just a big blank space. Any thoughts?

Hello Lisa,
In order for the shipping and payment details that you created to appear in your listing where you indicated in the custom template, you must selet it on the lister page when you are creating the auction. In the section next to your template selection, did you select a shipping and payment details from the dropdown menu on the lister page?

I think I know the problem your having. I am very new here, 3 days and have spent much of that time getting familiar with how this all works.

I had the same problem with my shipping not showing up ( I made several TEST Auctions before listing any..)

Anyway. I made my Shipping Profile and saved it as MASTER. Infact I made all of the profile templates and saved each one as MASTER. Then I went to the Main MASTER Profile and saved all on the profile templates to that 1 MASTER Profile.

When you then go to start a New Listing, on the right hand side you will see a Profile Drop down box. Click on MASTER, a pop up box will come up asking if you want to overide settings etc.. click yes

The page will reload with ALL of your saved profiles that you saved to your MASTER Profile.

Just make sure to attach your template as you work your way down the listing page. Everything else should already be inputted for you. Except your price and things like that, which will change for every auction.

The idea behind selecting the shipping and payment details on the listing page is that you may have multiple shipping and payment details defined (say for different auction types or categories.)

The manage shipping and payment detail page allows you to create multiple shipping and payment details for that reason, so you need to specify which one of these you want to use for each listing.

Adding a Ship/Pay tag to your custom template just specifies WHERE in the template that the shipping and payment details will be inserted, not WHICH shipping and payment details you want to use, so you would still have to choose that on the lister page.

Regarding profiles: at this time we actually don't have a way to specify a Ship/Pay details in a profile. We are now working on adding this ability, so look for it on the Details Profile page soon!
