I'm having trouble having my shipping charges appear in my listing when I preview it. I'm confused about how to enter the information into the profiles. It seems like there is more than one place to add shipping information, and yet I can't get any of it to show in my previewed ad. Any help would be great, thanks!

Hi there. You enter your shipping charges in the area listed as "shipping tools". Click on Maximize and scrool down to enter the amount. As far as it not showing on the preview, I am not sure why it doesn't other than it just doesn't. Just like your feedback rating will not be correct. Don't worry though, it will all list correctly. Good luck!

You can see your shipping charge all the way down at the bottom of the Preview page. It never shows at the top. Just scroll down and it will be there.
