shipping discounts still not working after 3 months, Support has never got back to me about is all they say is they are working on it.

Is anyone getting this proplem? I need to got on ebay and update it on line each time I list stuff, have tried upload setting from ebay but it is still the same. someone please reply it doing my head in.

Hi.
Have you asked support again? I'm not having any problems and have Auctiva and eBay settings configured the same. Nor have I had any problems with it in the past.

I'd ask them again. Maybe it just got overlooked while they were figuring out what's causing your issue. They're really a nice bunch of folks. Anyway, that's what I'd do.

Hi from within the UK, not ignoring you, just that I do not use it as I recalculate shipping from a spreadsheet for combinations of items.
