Hi Shola!
Before writing a listing, you need to go to the "Profiles" tab and set them up. I have profiles for shipping based on how I ship the most, profiles for marketing (I only use Gallery), and Checkout. You also need to set up your "Seller Details" which will be info that stays the same that you want to go in every listing (i.e. Shipping terms, Payment, Terms of Sale, About me, Contact Us, etc).
Once you set up your profiles, you can go to your listing page and choose what profile you want to use from the scroll down menus. Setting up profiles does take some time but once it is down, it does make listing a breeze.
With your return policy, it does not show up in the preview but it will show up on the listing (someone else just had that question). You can also place it in your listing using the profiles but it will be there so why use up more space?
