I guess this is the place to post this, haven't found it discussed anywhere else.

I always enclose a Packing List, or, Shipping Invoice with every shipment. I know this can be done from PayPal, IF, the buyer uses PayPal to pay for their auction.

However, if they pay with a Money Order/Cashiers Check, or personal check, I don't believe that can be done. At least I have not found a way.

Previous program I used had a Shipping, or, Packing List that could be printed with all the buyers info and my Logo and info as well.

Has anyone developed a way to do this?

TIA

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your reply. I did look at that form, but it was not acceptable since I couldn't edit it and it only shows the actual shipping cost. My handling fee is not included.

What I did was I went to Transactions in Auctiva and selected the Checkout Details and printed that out. It serves pretty well for a Packing Slip, but I can't add any personal info or Logo on the form.

I have also heard from Mike and this was his suggestion as well. So, I guess this is what I will do until this feature is (if ever) added to Auctiva.

Of course, most of my buyers use PayPal and I can always print the PS from there, but not if they send me a check or money order.

Thanks again
Multi order ship imports non-paypal payments such as checks and money orders seperately off the import menu. Key is you need to mark the orders as paid in ebay first, THEN use the import function off the menu to get non-paypal orders.
In your multiship settings you can have notification of printing the label automatically sent to the customer, also.
You can also add your logo and a short message from EDIT>SETTINGS.
It's worth noting that if you print all orders at once, all the labels get printed first and then all the packing lists.
You can also turn off the receipt and save yourself half a sticky label.
You can even override shipping to eCheck customers before the check clears by marking them paid in eBay first. If a customer has good feedback, and your items not real expensive it could be good for repeat sales.
