I've gotten a couple messages from buyers about what the shipping prices are for 2 different countries.

I have it set as worldwide shipping and am not used to dealing with this specific issue because usually the buyers seem to be in countries that the shipping price shows up. These are 2 different ads and this is what comes up when I go check the rates for those countries:

This item will ship to Moldova, but the seller has not specified shipping options. Contact the seller and request a shipping method to your location.

This item will ship to Reunion, but the seller has not specified shipping options. Contact the seller and request a shipping method to your location.

Is there a way to make it show up to the buyers who are requesting the information and if not then what exactly do I do if they are interested in buying the item?

Thanks!

Hi xBlueRose88x,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I just looked into the issue you described and, given that you are using calculated shipping and marked a couple of international shipping services as available “worldwide”, it appears that those shipping services are most likely unable to deliver to these particular countries.

Provided that is the case, the only way to make shipping costs show up for those buyers within the eBay shipping calculator would be to add international shipping services to the listing that are able to deliver packages to those countries.

Alternatively, you could determine how you could ship the item (and how much it would cost) upon hearing from buyers in these countries and communicate that back to them using eBay's messaging system. If one of them were to then purchase the item, you could send them an invoice to include the appropriate shipping cost.

I hope this helps!

-Mike
