We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties which are causing shipping services and some other importing listing details not to show up on the Auctiva lister page and our technical team is currently working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I cannot offer a specific estimate of when the issue will be resolved at the moment, but will update this thread to let you know as soon as it has been addressed or any other related information becomes available.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may be causing. I hope to have some good news for you soon!

Hi Community,

I am pleased to report that we have just finished releasing a set of changes which should resolved this problem, so we expect that you should now be able to select your shipping services (and other listing details) and resume posting your items to eBay successfully.

If you encounter any further difficulties of this nature, please don't hesitate to let us know and we will look into things further.
