Silly newbie question - cannot see existing ebay items

Hello,

I have just signed up to Auctiva. It appears that my existing selling listings should be imported into Auctiva - is this correct? When I try and retrieve my listings I get an error saying I have not set my Ebay store (but I have generated a token which say it is valid.

What am I doing wrong

Hi Will,

Yes, your active eBay listings should be imported into your Auctiva account within about 12 hours of generating your token.

I'm not sure what you're referring to in the second part of your question. I suggest you file a support case about this issue using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will assist you.
