Hi Community!

We are very excited to announce the release of our new site design including a new easier to use navigation system!

Starting at 8:00am Pacific Daylight Time (GMT -7:00, Los Angeles time), the Auctiva site will be down as we integrate this new release. The site will be unavailable at this time, and you should plan to schedule your listings around this down time. We expect the update to take approximately one hour. We will make every effort to minimize customer impact.

Thank you for your patience!

Hi Community,

Update - We started our site update precisely at 8 AM PT this morning and we're getting relatively close to completion, but we weren't able to finish right at 9 AM PT as we had originally hoped. We now anticipate that the update will be complete and the Auctiva website will become available again at approximately 9:30 AM PT.

I will post further updates on this issue to this thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks for understanding.

Hi Community,

Update - We have just about finished the site update but we found one issue that will need to be resolved before we bring the Auctiva website back online. Our engineering team is in the process of investigating this issue and we should be able to bring the site back online as soon as it is resolved. I will continue to post updates on this situation to this thread as additional information becomes available.

Hi Community,

Update - If you are still seeing an alert stating that the Auctiva website is down for updates, your browser is probably pulling a cached version of the Auctiva website from when our site was still down for updates earlier this morning. If this is the case, you should be able to access Auctiva by clearing your browser cache, closing and re-opening your browser, and visiting Auctiva.com again.

Instructions on how to clear your cache in the Internet Explorer and Firefox web browsers are below. It is also important to make sure that you have only one browser window open when clearing your cache to ensure it is emptied properly.

Firefox 2.0+:

In order to clear your cache in your Firefox web browser, please select "Clear Private Data" from the "Tools" menu, ensure the boxes next to "cache" and "cookies" are checked, and then click the "Clear Private Data Now" button.

Internet Explorer 6.0:

In order to clear your cache in your Internet Explorer 6.0 web browser, please select “Internet Options” from the “Tools” menu. Then, on the ensuing page click the “Delete Files” and “Delete Cookies” buttons, followed by “OK”.

Internet Explorer 7.0+:

In order to clear your cache in your Internet Explorer 7.0 web browser, please select “Internet Options” from the “Tools” menu. Then, under the “General” tab, click the “Delete” button. Click the “Delete Cookies” and “Delete Files” buttons on the ensuing page, followed by “Close” then “OK”.
