Thought I'd try to list for 1st time this month. Big mistake! 5-10 minute wait for page loads, and when I finally finished listing, and pressed the "POST" button, nothing??? It eventually acted as if it posted, but it's not showing on eBay? It wasn't even in the saved listing or active listing folder.
I thought I'd lost an hour of work, and walked away. 10 minutes later it showed up on ebay? I almost posted several more copies, since it was nowhere to be found. I was contemplating staying, but these problems are UNACEPTABLE for a pay site with no help as mentioned by others.
I've been with Auctiva for years and had this nonsense happen here and there for years, always with promises of better service, or new servers, or??? ...but because it was free, I never complained much, and I always used their insurance option on hundreds and hundreds of auctions, but now we have the option of paying for this stress? It's just not acceptable !
In fact, if it's strictly a pay site now, then I think the Thusday night maintenance time is also unacceptable! Does Amazon and eBay close there site for upto 8 hours once a week??? Are their IT guys that much more clever?
I don't think I can stay here (Auctiva) and have these problems all the time, all the while I'm paying to be here? To much stress? I have heard of other alternatives, but even my old Front page and turbo Lister combo is looking Faster and the more professional.
