Snipe alert

I know what a ' snipe alert ' is but do have a question....What happens if theres 1 placed by 2 separate IPs ? ...Both are Canadian , diffrent towns....does one cancel the other out ? Neither has bid but someone in the States has....

when a person schedules a snipe, they can set what time they want it to kick in, as well as max amount they're willing to pay. so, even if theyre set for kicking in at the same time, the highest one will win between the two.

if theyre both for same amount and both set to kick in at same time, then the one that ebay gets first will win between the two.

another situation i forgot to mention - if one is set for amount higher than the other, but is not at least a whole bid increment higher, the one received first wins (ie: if current bid increment required by ebay is $1, and one is set to $51, and the other is set to $51.25, the $51 one will win if received first.)
