So the Store is just for Auctions?

This is how I understand it:

Auction style listings with no Buy-It-Now option will be shown under the "Auctions Only" link.

Auction style listings with a Buy-It-Now option OR fixed price listings will be shown under the "Buy It Now Items" link.

eBay Store items will be shown under the "Store Items" link. (The Auctiva Store, however, is a completely different entity to an eBay Store as it can feature a combination of all three listing styles).

If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will put me right...Hope this helps

This is what i get under the auction tab all auction style listings show up even the ones with buy it now option. Under the buy it now tab all auction style with buy it now & fixed pricing show up here.
When you list to your ebay store then it shows up under the store tab.
