Software time-out

After I log on and try to set up or edit a template if I don't keep saving it every 1 minute it times out and doesn't save anything.
If you complete a whole template and hit save as or save as it has already timed out. What causes this ?

Sorry to say you'll probably have to get used to it. If you read these boards enough, alot of people have this problem, including me!

Sometimes hitting the back button works. But click on this related link, and read the answer by kbalona. This solution works every time, I always do this now when creating a listing.
