I clicked on Store tab, and clicked on: "Edit Items", three buttons: make hidden, add featured, remove featured.
What's the functionality of the "add featured"?

If you 'feature' an item, it will both appear in the 'featured item' section of your Auctiva store page, and also appear first in the scrolling gallery in your auctions. Please allow a couple hours for the data to refresh after featuring new items.

Another questions, sorry, will that feature apply for the currently running listings or future ones?
Yes it's free. You can only feature currently running listings, so if you post new ones later that you want to feature you'll have to go back and apply it to them as well.
