Hi,

First let me once again thank you (Mike is the only name I know) for this wonderful FREE service. None of my issues are serious deal killers but I wanted to mention them before I get so busy (and hopefully rich) that I won't have time to Wink

My store window showed up with my very first listing. I was a little surprised to get a store window with only one item in it. It would be nice if there was a checkbox type option so we can choose whether we want the store window when there is only 1 item for sale. But now that I think of it, it's probably impossible to do anything else because the HTML is posted to ebay rather than being generated on the fly at ebay.

Of greater concern is that of my now 2 item store, and with one of those items sold, the sold item still appears with caption saying that the remaining time is 4 days etc.

Again, not a huge deal as it is better to have people lust after my sold items than to have items missing from the store.

Thanks again ... Max

Max,

Unfortunately, there's no way around having a store window with only one item in it when you only have one listing posted, except for disabling the store window before listing that item or removing the store window html from the html description once it's already listed.

When a store item gets sold before it's end date, it will automatically get removed from your Auctiva store as soon as your account is reconciled, which may take up to 6 hours. Once the listing is removed from your Auctiva store, it will not be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes. The store window refreshes about every 2 hours.

You can remove it faster by making it hidden in your Auctiva store by going to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Store Window -> Edit Items. Any items you make hidden will be removed for your auctiva store immediately and won't be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes.

I hope this helps=)

-Mike
