Store window isn't refreshing and showing a sold item after 1 day

For me the store window was up to date this afternoon, showing all 6 items I've listed recently (pretty impressive when you've got lots for sale).
Now it seems to have gone "back in time"! and isn't showing the all 6 items, but is showing older items, including one thats sold The one thats sold is greyed out and is showing an out of date price and number of days left
How do I fix this ? The store window is the key reason I'm using this service!
Thanks for introducing this service to the UK by the way.

Update - its still broke ! I filed a report, it fixed initially, but its gone back in time again to being 4 days out of date (so the times and products are totally wrong!)

The only thing I've done my end is:
- list more auctions
- add more pictures for the new auctions

Is it this it can't cope this?

Hi Scoobie,

I just checked all of your active listings and all 4 of your active eBay listings are displayed in your Auctiva store window. Are you still experiencing this problem?

If so, your browser has most likely cached an older view of the store window. Try clearing your cache via the following process:

In Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu, click the Internet Options menu item, then click the "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies" buttons.

In Firefox, go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Clear All.

Remember to close all browser windows but one while clearing your cache.

thanks, you are right it was my browser. The only thing that concerns me is do buyers have the same problem?
