Hi, I'm a new members and love auctiva so far.
however my store window will not update. I have 5 auctions and it only lists 2 of them. which are the 2 i already had up before i registered here. it's been well over 12 hours since i put the auctions online. I was wondering if I need to do anything or if the site is just having some trouble, thanks.

You need to file a support request for this issue..its obviously enabled or you would not have one period. It should have posted them within a few hours. You can send a support request by going to the help page and scrolling down to the bottom. You will see the link there. Be sure to allow auctiva to send you email or you may not see their response. Check your junk mail folder if you dont see a response...or you can just go back to the help page and scroll down again and there is a link to veiw an ongoing request.
