Stores Inventory using Auctiva

Also, when listing multiples of the same item at a Fixed Price, how is this best done through Auctiva? The only way I can think of doing it is keep hitting CREATE SIMILAR AUCTION and post/schedule until the desired number of auctions is reached... Is there a simpler way?

Make sure that you have updated your store categories through Auctiva.
At the top of the listing page, you have the option to choose whether the item is for store inventory or Auction or Fixed. Choose Store Inventory. This will bring up the drop down menus for your categories. Further down the page is a quantity option.

With regards to the quantity issue, will that create multiple auctions or one auction in which the quantity reduces as people purchase the items?

Listing in the store as 1 listing with multiple quantity of an item will give you 1 listing and show that there are x number of these items available. When people purchase this item that number will be reduced accordingly. As for auctions you will need to create 1 listing per item (unless you are selling some items as "sets").
