Hi as of last night and today I am trying to upload images to a new listing and everything looks great, until in preview mode I go to supersize mode, then SOME of the images appear as the photo in mosaic, as if halfway down photo someone sliced it horizontally then shifted the bottom half to the left half a frame, so the phot is all there, but in 4 or 5 out of order jigsaw puzzles. In normal frame view on listing it looks fine. Yesterday also, I upgraded my firefox to version 9, is that anything to do with it?
Once loaded to ebay will the photo's continue to appear as mosaics in supersize?
Never had any trouble before like this, any clues? I have even re taken the photos and uploaded 3 times now, same problem, Some of each upload turn into mosaics once supersize engaged in preview mode

Hi Ozzie,

Thanks for letting us know about this. I have not seen anything like you have described before, but it sounds like there is some aspect of the images you are uploading that our uploader does not agree with. I do not think this behavior is associated with the recent Firefox update that you mentioned.

In order to receive further assistance with this issue, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

You should be asked to email the original versions of the images for which this happened by the representative who responds to your case so we can verify whether the issue can be reproduced on our end and see the properties of the images.

When we told you about this in november. you said that you had not come across this problem before. Why would you say that.
