I am having a problem getting ahold of Auctiva for support issues with both eBud and ePoster, has anyone else had these issues?

It was that I could not update my ePoster Store Categories and now for some reason eBud is telling me to go to the classic.auctiva.com website because my account is diabled, but when I go there everything looks fine. I have even tried changing my billing credit card info to see if that resolved it.

This has now been going on since the 18th of February and I cannot use either program to do anything - anyone have similiar issues or an idea on how to resolve it or get ahold of auctiva?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. In order to get in touch with the Auctiva Classic customer support department, you should just need to file a support request using the appropriate link on the following page of the Auctiva Classic site: http://classic.auctiva.com/help/help.asp

If you are unable to reach us using that method for some reason, go ahead and file a support request on the Auctiva.com site using the form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

Just make it perfectly clear in your request that you are unable to reach us through the Auctiva Classic support system and that I recommended you seek assistance this was on our community forum.
