Hi Community,

We are currently experiencing a technical problem with our posting service that is causing many listings that users have attempted to post over the last 30 minutes or so to get stuck in "Posting" or "Retrying" status instead of posting immediately to eBay.

While a vast majority of listings affected in this manner will end up failing and will return "Not Posted in Time" error messages, we do not recommend trying to post these items again until they have been marked with failure message on your Scheduled Listings page.

Our engineering team is currently investigating this issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible. I have not received an estimate of when the issue will be resolved yet, but I will post further updates on this issue to this thread as additional information becomes available.

We apologize for any inconveniences this issue is causing.

Hi Community,

I just received some additional information from our engineering team regarding this issue and they found that these listings that appears to be getting stuck or failing to post actually are being posted to eBay successfully in most cases, so the posting statuses displayed within your Auctiva account are most likely the only thing that is wrong.

If your Auctiva Scheduled Listings page indicates that an item has failed to post or is stuck in "Posting" status, we recommend checking your eBay account to verify whether it has actually posted before listing it again to avoid the possibility of ending up with duplicates.

We are going to check into the possibility of update the statuses of listings that display incorrect statuses within Auctiva, but I'm not sure if that is something we will be able to do at this time.

Hi Community,

This issue has been resolved so any listings that are posting or scheduled moving forward should post successfully if there are no problems with them. If they are rejected by eBay, the error messages displayed on your Scheduled Listings page should be accurate.

We have also just cleared out the notifications from the Scheduled Listings page that were returned when our system was reflecting these incorrect posting statuses to prevent users from seeing those incorrect failure messages and duplicating their listings as a result.
