Template heading don't appear

Hi,

Those other headers appear when the corresponding Seller Details section for the header is used with a Template, i.e. you have a Seller Details Profile that is applied to the listing.

Replacing the header is a matter of locating the corresponding image or text for the header in Auctiva's template, and replacing with your own to create a Custom template.

If you give me an example template in Auctiva's library, I can give an exact description of where and how.

I want to make you aware that we have just released some templates that will not allow you to select the seller details (which is to the right of the select template box.) These should all be corrected very shortly. If you want to let me know which template you are using, I can let you know if that is the problem.

The templates I am using at the moment are Basic Citrus and Victorian Border.
Actually, with the Victorian Border, the background does not appear uniform. Can you suggest me how to settle this problem too?

Regarding the template of the Auctiva store, it is possible to modify easly the colours and patterns?

I merely used the Auctiva Template editor to delete the Images and substitute text in it's place with some appropriate size, font, etc. attributes.

The Store has some limited choices for change at the Store tab page, edit Store Template.

Edit: I see what you mean about Victorian Border. Looks like it needs a little Auctiva TLC (needs a fix).

The Store page is restricted to only the template selections, header picture, and a small amount of text. That's it. There's really no code to play with.
