Hi Katydid,

Thanks for eveyone's assicatance with bringing this issue to our attention! There is actually a "bug" on the end of the company that hosts the Auctiva store/store window images, as well as some template images, which has already been acknowledged. Based on our contacts with them, that are aware of the issue and are currently working on its resoulution.

The last response we received from their technical team was: "We're aware of the issue and looking into it now. It looks to be a DNS issue and has been escalted to ****** security. We'll let you know when we have more information"
