templates and other sections timing out

Hello, I am new to Auctiva and am really interested in getting started. Whenever I try to change templates to a category or color or search that is not on the default page(popular, newest, etc), my browser just says waiting for auctiva.com and finally times out. This has happened to me on other sections of the website as well, such as saving my Store name. Any ideas about what's going on? Thanks,

Here is a little trick that will help (don't worry, this happens to all of us!)
