Auctiva's product offerings are a complex jumble, especially the packages. What's comparable with Sellers Assistant, with simple listing procedure, easy picture editing, one-click post-sales and followup, basic spreadsheet, etc. Sellers Assistant is going away in 8 weeks or so and as a casual lister, I don't care a super package. Thanks.

If you're seeing any type of "packages" with Auctiva you are probably looking on our older classic version of the site.

The new www.auctiva.com site does not have any packages. You have a one page lister and easy way of adding and editing images.

We have online classes that offer a demo of how to get started using Auctiva. I think using one of those might help clear everything up for you.

You can find the classes and other help info at:

I wasn't talking about the free stuff when I mentioned packages. I was referring to the "plans" that are much more complex than the very clear Sellers Assistant and SA pro. Your plans offer this, but not that until the level that's almost twice that of ebay. My inquiry was not about the free stuff, which to me is "you get what you pay for." I'm willing to pay but you make it difficult.
