This was happening to me as well. When I was attempting to post a technical report, a pop-up window stated that the tech guys knew this was happening and was only a problem with Internet Explorer.

They suggested using Mozilla Firefox (it's free) which I did - it loaded very quickly on my laptop - less than five minutes and it was easy to use. This solved the button issue, but Auctiva is still responding very haphazardly.

I e-mailed tech support yesterday and received a response stating that there was nothing wrong with my listing or computer, but that traffic on the site was really heavy. I've used other websites when traffic was heavy and found them to be a real headache, so Auctiva is not alone in this. Since I live in California, I'll wait until tonight to post since traffic will be lighter (the rest of the country will be asleep).

Just a comment to all of my fellow Auctiva users. Yes, Auctiva did not do a good job of market research on their pricing. Yes, they did choose a bad time (during the recession). And, yes, their website is currently having more problems than I have ever seen - and I've been using them for more than two years. During this transition time when people are removing images, posting more than ever, transitioning to another service, etc., traffic will be higher than normal - possibly higher than they've ever seen. So please, let's not forget our professionalism. Cut out the name-calling. PLEASE!! PRETTY PLEASE!!! (Okay, okay - I'll get off my soapbox now.)- Barbara
