thumbnails, or lack of them

I've sent in a report and they're back in place.

same here , filed support request and they fixed

For the past few weeks half the things I relist don't have thumbnails. Is there something I'm missing?

I just initiated a command to create the missing Auctiva store/store window images in your account, and you should be able to see the results within the next 30 minutes or so

I also suffer from this problem! Just joined - relisted some items and have the "no thumbnail available" prob... any assistance would be much appreciated.

I'm still waiting for this to be fixed (pursuing via customer support), this problem is very common and appears in a number of threads.

Thumbnails do not appear if you do not have a image selected for an eBay header or gallery picture in most Auctive folders prior to and during active listing.

The thumbnail image appears in the scrolling window when an item is first listed via Auctiva. But on subsequent relists it does not appear in the scrolling window until you revise your listing via eBay to include a header picture.

It is one thing current listings being fixed but has the initial problem itself been fixed yet ?

Hi all.

I received this report back from Auctuva support this morning :-

"Our QA department has finished their investigation and, they concluded that the reason that you are not getting showcase images is because you have not chosen a "eBay Header Image" (which is free) in the listing. Please see your saved listing "Name of listing removed" There are images added to this listing but, without an "eBay Header Image" we cannot create showcase images."

I have asked if they could change this to use a picture included within the listing.
