Time to simplify templates? & which picture options

Looking for feedback from the community. With smartphones and ipads - is it time to do away with the foo foo borders/decoration templates on listings? Stick with just pictures and facts?

Anyone have strong preferences between using pictures or thumbnails in the ebay listing? We have done both, but I am not familair enough with ipads and smart phone buying experience to determine what is the best solution.

Hi Janetm,

FYI, Auctiva has recently added a selection of templates specifically intended for use with mobile devices.

You can preview them when you are logged into your account by opening the lister page and clicking the big blue 'Select Template" about half way down the page, and when the template pop up window opens selecting the 'Mobile Applications' template category in the 'select templates box on the upper right hand of the screen. We have 12 templates in this category now and we plan to add more in the future.
