Okay...sure could use some help. I tried all the usual stuff but like some others I can't generate a token (says something about multiple accounts). I filed a support thing, got answers up to the 23rd when I was told someone would contact me on Monday, which came and went with no response, but the help screen here says a "possible solution" was sent (which it wasn't, and yes - I checked spam/bulk folders - nobody responded) and now it's showing case is closed? I sure didn't close it, I never got the promised Monday response, and I STILL can't generate a token. HELP!!!

Hi Cajun_Pirate_Booty_Too,

I reviewed your case and determined that you have been unable to generate a token for your "cajun_pirate_booty_too" Auctiva account because your eBay account is already associated with an existing Auctiva account with username "itstb127".

To correct this problem, I have removed the previous instance of your token from our databse, so you should now be able to successfully generate your token for your "cajun_pirate_booty_too". For future reference, when you change your eBay username, you should not open a whole new Auctiva account; instead, you just need to generate a new token within the Auctiva account you are already using.

A response of this nature has also been issued to your open support case, # 311569, so, if you would like to view the complete response to your case, you can do so by logging into your Auctiva account and clicking the "Check the Status of an Ongoing Support Case" link at the bottom of our help page.
