Transactions are gone | Auctiva

When trying to view my transaction, one page shows. It shows I have 3. When making any selection of folders or trying to get to page 2 or 3, it says No Transactions Found. I need to purchase insurance on an item but I can't get past the initial page of transactions.

I see that you have three pages of transactions. Are you filtering to only show items from a specific folder? Hmm.

Try changing the "Items/Page" setting from the default of 25 to 100.

I'm not sure why you're not seeing all of your transactions. Any other info you can give might help us find out what the problem is. What item # are you trying to find?

Maybe try using the "Find" feature using the item number. It's in the upper right of the page.

Yes specific folders and tried changing default. I have 3 pages but when trying to get to page 2 or 3, it shows no transactions.
